We go on adventures across South Africa where we cycle, run, explore and seek God!

Growing our faith muscles on week nights learning about personal leadership and faith!

On occasion we get to have sessions with the Pastors where they minister to us or we present ideas to Pastor John!

When Pastor Garth takes staff prayer we get to pair up with one person. We then read and discuss the proverb of the day and then bless one another!

Conditioning

We exercise in the mornings to take care of our bodies and our spirits!

What is a favourite recent memory of mine?

I would say my family holiday we took to Durban. It was such a wonderful time where we just got to rest together but also enjoy fun activities. We went snorkeling and it was a very nerve stimulating experience but I enjoyed it so.

What is one thing that instantly makes my day better?

When people I love share their life with me, or even just do something I adore about them.
When someone tells me what I mean to them.
