Big Rock Moment
So on the 23rd of August on our trip we had a wonderful day at Manyeleti where we just spent the day with Ps. John in sessions. He spoke about many things within the Kingdom of God and just how we as Kingdom children are to function. I am still processing everything but at the end of the session, by the leading of the Holy Spirit, Ps. John gave us an opportunity for us to speak eternal words. A few people spoke before me. I knew I had to speak but I waited for the moment and for the words. The moment came and I made a public declaration that Ps. John is my pastor and shepherd, that I am going to follow God’s plan for my life and that I am staying planted firmly until God tells me otherwise. This was a big rock moment for me because not only did I speak the words to others but to myself and it will remain with me and in me forever. These eternal words I spoke will continue to shape my future. Praise the Lord!
Confrontation
Well, spending 11 days with 46 other people who all have their own way of doing things and are used to their own routine can already be confronting. But it was my expectation going into this trip that I would be equipped to divide between soul and spirit, and whenever someone would behave in a soulish way that I would be able to discern that and have a spiritual response. I had moments where I had to tap into that more than others but God was faithful in meeting me there. I was confronted with many thoughts but I was able to discern them by the Word and every session with Ps. John and Ps. Christi really just helped me all the more. Spiritually I was confronted with the fact that I tend to not receive the Word and revelations with meaning because I think I already have the revelation. But God corrected me in that to continually humble myself and to continue to receive revelation upon revelation. God is so loving and gentle. Praise the Lord!
The trip was really so wonderful and I could name many moments where I encountered God and where things dropped into my spirit but a highlight on this trip for me was the relationships. So what was amazing to me was how I got the opportunity to integrate and interact with other spirit beings I don’t usually get to. I had moments in cars, tents, and around the campfire where I could really talk to people about heavenly things and it was such a blessing. This was part of my expectation for this trip and I am so grateful to now have a new perspective and newness in my relationships. I just realized how the enemy can use soulish differences to separate but it is the spiritual matters that matter. I now see people for the spiritual beings they are and where I am still lacking God is helping me. Glory to God!
Highlights
One for the books
I don’t think that I am able to pinpoint the funniest moment on this trip but I can say that I had many moments where I greatly enjoyed seeing the personalities of the people I was with. We laughed a lot and had great fun in cars, making food, washing dishes, swimming, and around the campfire. Some people were just funny in the way they fell asleep, others were just humorous in their behaviour and others had the greatest jokes. This trip really was just full of supernatural joy and I really did enjoy everything we did.
Praise the Lord for that.
